Merging duplicate child accounts on Family Connect
It is possible that duplicate child accounts can appear within your family on Rookie Me's Family Connect.
In order to merge these duplicate accounts please follow these simple steps.
- Navigate to Family Connect via the dropdown in the top right hand side of the screen.

- Here we have two duplicate child profiles under the same family. Click on one of the duplicate children.

- After selecting one of the duplicate children, in the right sidebar select 'Merge Member'

- You will be presented with a list of all children within the family (excluding the one we are merging with. Select the child you want to merge with Harry Clipper, in this case it is Harrison Clipper.

- Of the two account selected you then choose which account email you want to keep. The other account that is not selected will have it's data merged into the one you select and then be deleted. In this case we want to keep Harry Clipper account.

- After successful merging you should be left with just that account on the screen. Merging is complete. If you have more than one account to merge into each other, you will have to repeat these steps.
