Archived Reports

Accessing Historical Data

Data in the Hub is never lost. Whether you need to look up a player's stats from last year or access a report for a team that no longer exists, you can access historical data in two ways.

By Season (Active Teams)

Teams often run across multiple years (e.g., "Seniors Blue" played in 2025 and is now playing in 2026).

• Default View: When you open a Team, it defaults to the Current Season.
• How to Switch: Look for the Season Dropdown menu 
• Example: If it is currently 2026, simply select "2025" from the dropdown. The dashboard and reports will instantly refresh to show the data from that previous year.

By Archived Team (Organisation Level Only)

Sometimes, teams are disbanded or renamed and moved to the "Archive" to keep the main list clean. Organisation Admins can still access these records.

1. Navigate to the Teams page within the Organisation/Club on Hub.
2. Click on the Archived tab (next to "Active").
3. Select the Archived Team you wish to view.
4. You can now access their full details, including Reports, just as you would for an active team.
