REPORTS
Reports are the payoff for all your hard work in data collection. They transform the raw events and game stats into actionable insights.
Key things to know:
- Viewable In: Hub Only (Desktop).
- Who sees what: Reports differ for Organisations vs Teams.
- License Dependent: The depth of your reporting depends on your subscription tier (Lite, Basic, Advanced, or Expert) and the amount of data your users actually collect.
1. Team Reports
These reports help coaches and managers analyse everything from attendance to game-day performance.
Participation Report (Source: Connect)
- Available to: All Users (Connect).
- What it does: Tracks attendance for Training, Games, and Other events.
- How to use: View the entire season's attendance at a glance, or filter by specific staff and players to see who is showing up.
Game Reports (Source: Play)
These reports rely on data collected during games using the Rookie Me Play app.
| Report Name | Description | License Tier |
| Summary Report | The "Match Sheet." Shows Event name, Opponent, Location, Result, Integrity Score, and Fair Game Time metrics. | All Tiers |
| Time Report | Visualises player game time. Provides varying levels of insight into how long players spent on the ground. | Basic, Advanced, Expert |
| Stat Reports | Detailed breakdown of team and individual player statistics collected during the game. Enhances development reviews. | Basic, Advanced, Expert |
| Bench Starts | Tracks two metrics: how often a player starts a Match on the bench, and how often they start a Period on the bench. Ensures a fair spread of bench time. | Advanced, Expert |
| Stat Time Series | A chronological list of every stat recorded, in order. Useful for exporting data to video editing software to "cut" game vision. | Advanced, Expert |
| Plus Minus (+/-) | Measures score differential when a player is on the field. (e.g., Team scores 5, Opponent scores 3 = +2). Helps measure player effectiveness. | Expert Only |
| Stat Density | Shows when stats occur during a game (relative to duration). Helps understand flow and momentum. | Varies by Tier |
| Interchange | Player Report: Summary of total time on/off to check rotation compliance. On/Off Report: Detailed stint-by-stint breakdown of rotations. |
Varies by Tier |
2. Organisation Reports
These reports provide high-level oversight, allowing Club Admins to monitor the health and compliance of all teams at once.
- Organisation Summary: Aggregates data from every team (Environment Score, Integrity Score, Game Counts). Use this to spot teams that may be struggling with disciplinary issues or data compliance.
- Fair Play Report: A weekly compliance check. Instantly spot players who did not receive the minimum required game time, view injury logs, and track disciplinary actions across the club.
- Period Tracking: Specific for competitions where players are strictly limited to a set number of periods per timeframe.
⚠️ Important
Reports are strictly limited to the data collected by the end user.
- If a Team Manager uses Play Lite and only records the final score, you will not see individual Player Stats or Time Reports.
- If a team does not use the app to score a game, no reports will be generated for that match.
