Build a library of permanent documents (PDFs, Images, Docs) accessible via the Connect App.

1. Uploading Files

Note: Currently, files must be uploaded via the Hub (Desktop). Uploading via the Connect App is coming soon.

  • Create Folders: Organise files into folders (e.g., "Medical Forms," "Game Plans").
  • Access: Members can view and download these files anytime from the Connect App.

2. Organisation Shared Resources

For Organisation Admins Only. Distribute files from the top down.

  1. The Organisation Admin uploads a file (e.g., "Code of Conduct") and shares it with specific Teams.
  2. The Team Admin goes to their Shared Tab within the Resources page.
  3. The Team Admin moves the file into their own folder structure to make it visible to their members.
