Moving Players Between Teams (Organisation Only)
Organisation Admins have a high-level view of all players across every team. This allows you to bulk-move players (e.g., grading changes or promotions) without needing to delete and re-invite them manually.
Accessing every player within every team in your organisation
- Log in to the Hub as an Organisation Admin.
- Navigate to the Team Participants page.
- Click on the Players tab.
How to Move or Copy Players
- Select Players: Tick the checkbox next to one or multiple players you wish to manage.
- Choose Action: Click the Copy to Team button.
- Select Destination: A pop-up window will appear. Select the Team you want to add these players to.
- Inside the pop-up window, you will see a checkbox: "Archive players from current team."
- If Checked (The "Move"): The player is added to the new team AND removed (archived) from their old team.
- Best for: Grading changes (e.g., moving from U14s to U15s).
- If Unchecked (The "Copy"): The player is added to the new team BUT stays in the old team as well.
- Best for: Fill-ins or players who play in two age groups.
- If Checked (The "Move"): The player is added to the new team AND removed (archived) from their old team.
💡 Note: When you move a player, their Guardian links move with them automatically. You do not need to re-link parents to the new team.
