Moving Staff Between Teams

Moving & Copying Staff (Organisation Only)

Organisation Admins can easily move coaches and team managers between teams without needing to send new invites.

Accessing every staff member within every team in your organisation

  1. Log in to the Hub as an Organisation Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Team Participants page.
  3. Click on the Staff tab.

How to Move or Copy Staff

  1. Select Staff: Tick the checkbox next to one or multiple staff members.
  2. Choose Action: Click the Copy to Team button.
  3. Select Destination: A pop-up window will appear where you must configure the move:
    • Select Team: Choose the team they are going to.
    • Select Role (Optional): Choose their permission level for the new team (Admin or Viewer).
      • If left blank, they will retain the same role they held in their original team.
  4. Inside the pop-up, you will see the "Remove from current team" checkbox.
    • If Checked (The "Move"): The staff member is added to the new team AND removed from the old one.
      • Best for: A coach switching teams for the new season.
    • If Unchecked (The "Copy"): The staff member is added to the new team BUT stays in the old team as well.
      • Best for: Coaching Coordinators or Medical staff who look after multiple teams.
