Adding Members to a Community

Once you have created your Community you can start adding Members.


There are three types of Members in a Community.

  • Community Owner (the user who has created the Community)
  • Community Admin
  • Community Member

Once the Owner has created the entity, they can commence adding Members.

Community Admins will receive all of the permissions available to the Owner and be able to create Posts, Upload Resources and initiate Messaging.

Once invited, this user will move to Pending, until they accept or decline the invite.

Invitees will receive an email that looks like this:

Once they decide to join the community, they will automatically transfer from Pending to Active.
