Inviting a Player

To enable player access to Rookie Me Connect you will need to link them to their profile via an email address.

This can be achieved within the Connect App.

Alternatively, players can be linked via Hub.

Go to the Players section and click on the player you wish to link.

Tap on the small envelope to enter their email address.

Enter their email address and press SEND INVITE

The sending of the invite will now be acknowledged within the player's list.

In the case where you may have sent the invite to an icorrect or wrong email address, use the Cancel Invite function.

If you wish, you can then start the process again.

Invites can also be resent.

Please see below for an example of the email players (and, potentially guardians) will receive.

Players need to simply click on the I AM THE PLAYER link and they will be able to use Rookie Me Connect. A green LINKED tab will be added to their profile on Hub.

As some players (under 16 in particular) may want or need to use their guardians a different path is available.

If a user is a Guardian and not the actual Player, they should click on the appropriate link.

They will then be guided to linking their email address to their child's account.
