What are Collections?

Collections at association level allows the user to create a group of existing teams that are part of the given association.

The clearest example for use of collections at association level is to easily monitor usage of Rookie Me Play and it's associated metrics for a competition within the association (e.g., Under 14 Division 1 Women's).

Please follow the below steps for creating a collection and then also how to use the collection for creating reports.

1. Click collections in the side bar

2. Select create collection

3. Give your collection a name and description if required and select create.

4. Click on the collection row.

5. Select teams to be a part of the collection in the sidebar and the season.

6. You will then see the teams selected within your collection
