Managing Team Join Code

Each team that is managed on Rookie Me Hub has the ability to set a Team Join Code. This is an 8 character code unique to each team which allows any user who knows the Team Join Code to join the team.

How to enable Team Join Code:

1. Navigate to 'Settings'.

2. Scroll down to the 'Team Join Code' section.

3. Toggle the 'Enable Team Join Code' option to ON.

4. Once you toggle to ON, a dropdown menu will appear to set the default Join Role.

5. Click on the dropdown arrow and select the relevant option.

6. You will also be advised that changing these settings will disable any existing join code and generate a new one.

7. Click 'Save' once complete.
