Functionality - Fixing Failed Reports

Rookie Me Hub offers an extensive range of reports for teams, organisations, individual players and seasons.

These Reports are generated automatically after the completion of a Game (when the Game is ended via Rookie Me Play).

Common reasons why a report isn't appearing

The game is still live

Reports only generate when a game is marked as Complete in Rookie Me Play. If you are experiencing issues, please double check to make sure the game status is Complete.

The reports are currently being built

This is by far the most common issue - when a game is marked as Complete, it takes approximately 10 minutes to produce all game reports.

If you access Rookie Me Hub during this time, you will receive an error message saying that the report is not yet ready, and to check back later.

The game data has not yet synced

If you were offline for the duration of your game or at the end of the game, it is likely that the data has not yet synced from your device to our servers. Please ensure you have internet access on your device, open Rookie Me Play and press the button that says Sync Now.

The game data is corrupt

On the very rare occasion, the data recorded for a game by Rookie Me Play is not compiled correctly.

This often occurs if the version of Rookie Me Play that was used is an old version and is out-of-sync with Rookie Me Hub. Generally, these errors will fix themselves within 24 hours, but if you're still seeing this problem after this time, please reach out to Support for more information.
