Inviting Staff Members to your Team


  1. Ensure your team is selected.
    1. Your teams are located at the top of the left hand side navigation menu.
    2. If you have more than one team, hover over your team and select the drop down arrows to switch between teams.

  1. Select 'Staff' in the left hand side navigation menu.

  1. Select 'Add Staff' in the top right hand side.

  1. You can assign a new staff member to your team with one of the following two roles:
    1. Teams Admin:
      1. The staff member assigned with an admin role will have all the ability to manage a team, such as adding and removing players and matches. However, the assigned staff member will NOT be able to delete a team.
    2. Teams Viewer:
      1. The staff member assigned with a viewer role will have the ability to view everything about a team but NOT be able to edit anything.


  1. Once the invite is sent, navigate to the 'Pending' tab in order to see the pending invites for your team.


  1. You can resend or revoke the invite by selecting the three dot menu on the pending invite.
